NORTHSTAR COMPOUNDS AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the NorthStar Compounds Affiliate Program.
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between NorthStar Compounds (“NorthStar Compounds,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the affiliate participant (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
By applying for or participating in the NorthStar Compounds Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Program
The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions in the form of store credit by referring customers to NorthStar Compounds through unique coupon codes and/or referral links.
Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Company and Affiliate.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Submit an affiliate application through nscompounds.com.
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
NorthStar Compounds reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application for any reason at its sole discretion.
We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or eligibility. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial or termination from the Program.
3. Commission Structure
Approved Affiliates earn:
$5.00 Store Credit for each qualifying referred sale.
Store credit may be redeemed only through NorthStar Compounds and is not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.
Qualifying Sale
A Qualifying Sale is:
- A completed purchase made by a customer using the Affiliate’s assigned coupon code or referral link.
- A purchase that is successfully processed and not refunded, disputed, charged back, or canceled.
Net Revenue
Commissions are calculated based on Net Revenue, which excludes:
- Taxes
- Shipping fees
- Discounts
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Store credits
- Payment processing fees
- Fraudulent transactions
NorthStar Compounds reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies for commission.
4. Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked primarily through:
- Unique Affiliate coupon codes
- Affiliate referral links
Customers must use the Affiliate’s assigned code or referral link at checkout to ensure proper tracking.
Referral cookies remain active for 30 days from the date of the initial click.
NorthStar Compounds uses a last-click attribution model, meaning the most recent qualifying affiliate referral receives credit for the sale.
We are not responsible for commissions lost due to:
- Disabled cookies
- Ad blockers
- Browser restrictions
- Technical malfunctions
- User error
- Tracking failures beyond our reasonable control
5. Cookie Duration
Referral cookies remain active for:
30 calendar days
If a purchase is not completed during that period, the referral expires and no commission will be earned.
6. Commission Payments
Payment Type
Affiliate commissions are paid as:
NorthStar Compounds Store Credit
Payment Schedule
Commissions are reviewed and issued monthly.
Store credits are typically issued within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
Minimum Threshold
A minimum balance of $5.00 in earned commissions is required before store credit is issued.
Balances below the threshold roll over to future payment periods.
Commission Hold Period
To account for refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention, commissions may be held for up to 30 days after the qualifying sale.
Adjustments
NorthStar Compounds reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions resulting from:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of these Terms
- Self-referrals
- Abuse of the Program
Adjustments may occur up to 180 days after the original transaction.
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote NorthStar Compounds professionally and ethically.
Affiliates agree to:
- Use only approved marketing materials or content that accurately represents the Company.
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws.
- Avoid making false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, or unsubstantiated claims regarding Company products.
- Comply with all applicable advertising regulations and platform policies.
Affiliates may promote competing companies provided such promotion does not misrepresent NorthStar Compounds.
8. Trademark Usage
NorthStar Compounds grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
Affiliates may not:
- Register domain names containing Company trademarks.
- Create social media usernames containing Company trademarks.
- Impersonate NorthStar Compounds.
- Modify Company branding without written approval.
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of NorthStar Compounds.
9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws.
- Engage in deceptive advertising.
- Make medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, or health outcome claims.
- Misrepresent products or Company policies.
- Use bots, automated traffic, click fraud, or incentivized clicks.
- Use malware, spyware, adware, or similar technologies.
- Promote through websites containing illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
- Publish unauthorized coupon codes.
- Bid on NorthStar Compounds brand terms in paid advertising without written permission.
- Purchase ads that direct traffic to Company-branded search terms.
- Engage in self-referrals or create fake accounts to earn commissions.
Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
10. Research Use Only Compliance
NorthStar Compounds products are sold for research purposes only.
Affiliates agree not to:
- Promote products for human consumption.
- Promote products for veterinary use.
- Provide dosing instructions.
- Provide medical advice.
- Suggest treatment, cure, mitigation, diagnosis, or prevention of any disease or condition.
Any affiliate content that violates this section may result in immediate termination.
11. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, or governmental charges associated with participation in the Program.
NorthStar Compounds may request tax documentation when required by law.
12. Data Privacy
Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to:
- GDPR
- CCPA
- Applicable U.S. privacy laws
Affiliates are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent when collecting personal information.
13. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated.

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by emailing:

NorthStar Compounds may suspend or terminate any Affiliate account immediately and without prior notice for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Legal compliance concerns
- Reputational risks
- Any reason deemed appropriate by the Company
Inactivity
Accounts with no qualifying referrals for six (6) consecutive months may be terminated.
Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately cease use of all referral links, codes, and Company materials.
14. Reporting Dashboard
NorthStar Compounds may provide access to affiliate reporting tools.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of tracking data and shall not be liable for reporting errors caused by technical issues.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
NorthStar Compounds makes no warranties regarding:
- Earnings
- Commissions
- Traffic
- Conversions
- Business results
Affiliate participation is at the Affiliate’s sole risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthStar Compounds shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
- Punitive damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of goodwill
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the preceding twelve (12) months.
17. Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NorthStar Compounds and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, successors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Affiliate content
- Affiliate promotions
- Affiliate negligence
- Affiliate misconduct
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet outages
- Cyberattacks
- Utility failures
- Labor disputes
- War
- Acts of God
19. Non-Exclusivity
This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship.
Both parties remain free to enter into similar arrangements with other businesses or affiliates.
20. Assignment
Affiliates may not assign or transfer their rights under this Agreement without written consent from NorthStar Compounds.
21. Modifications
NorthStar Compounds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on nscompounds.com and become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
